The site, a rental space intended for commercial use, features a fully glazed facade. Horizontal slit openings, chosen to respond to privacy concerns in the neighbourhood, became the defining element of the design. At the same time fixed and open-able windows, positioned above default lintel levels, allow adequate light to stream in.
