This abode is designed using intrinsic theories of Boolean geometries and deconstructivism to play with its visual permeability. The sense of intrigue that creeps in the observer as they walk through the façade was of utmost importance while designing the spaces. Having a transparent core that overlooks the other end of the site is a crucial design element. The act of transparency is complimented with minimalistic interior finishes like Statuario floors, luminous ceilings, walnut veneer and tactile walls. The planned experimentation of the height of the void creates the sheer theatre the residence boasts. In addition to the existing dramaturgy, the spaces are further enhanced with user-friendly automation.
