Designed with a conscious effort to create a play of spaces, a rectangular block is broken into transparent voids in-order to make the spaces spirited throughout the day. A revelation is created when the user walks by the intimidating facade outside and reaches the voids inside. To accentuate the palm trees existing behind the site, the transparent voids are heightened. The natural light that fills the spaces uplifts the surrounding views and calms the mind. A fully automated, user-friendly home with Walnut veneer finishes that are juxtaposed with the statuario floors, luminous ceiling and tactile walls. Day or night, one feels a sense of belonging in the calm spirited nature of the palms.
